Information you submit
Meansline currently has no user accounts, comment system, contact form or newsletter form. You cannot submit personal information directly to this website through a form.
Analytics
Pages on this site load Google Analytics (gtag.js, served from googletagmanager.com) so we can see aggregate traffic, such as which pages are read and how visitors arrive. When a page loads, Google receives standard request and device information, including your IP address, browser details and the page URL, and Google Analytics sets first-party cookies (named _ga and _ga_*) to distinguish visits. Google processes this data under its own privacy terms. You can block cookies in your browser settings, but blocking cookies alone does not necessarily stop Analytics data from being sent. Google's opt-out browser add-on prevents the Analytics JavaScript from sending information about your visits to Google Analytics. Cookies and local storage
Apart from the Google Analytics cookies described above, the site code does not set advertising or preference cookies and does not store data in your browser's local storage. The announcement explainer runs in your browser and changes only the visible panel and URL fragment.
Server logs
The hosting provider may process basic request information needed to deliver and secure the site, such as IP address, requested URL, user agent and timestamp. Retention and access depend on the hosting configuration.
External links
Articles link to original sources. Our English and Chinese account guides each carry an affiliate registration link; following it tells Binance that you arrived from Meansline. When you follow an external link, the destination site receives the normal information associated with a web request and applies its own privacy policy. Meansline does not control that processing.
Future changes
If Meansline later changes its analytics setup, adds a working newsletter or another data-collecting feature, this notice will be updated before or when the feature becomes active. We will not display a nonfunctional consent or subscription control.
