Meansline does not compete for the first rewrite of a crypto headline. We would rather publish after the original notice is available and its practical consequence can be separated from speculation.
Primary sources
Exchange operations are sourced to original announcements, support documents or status pages. Regulatory milestones require the responsible regulator, legislature or official journal. Network events use project documentation, client releases or public chain data appropriate to the claim. We do not use a rumor as a milestone.
Dates and status
Publication and review dates must be real. UTC is retained when a notice uses UTC. A page will not claim to be continuously updated unless it is maintained. Snapshot tools will display their data cutoff and preserve completed events in an archive rather than silently deleting them.
Facts, inference and uncertainty
We distinguish what the notice states, what can reasonably be inferred from the mechanism, and what remains unknown. “Unknown” is preferred to false precision. Correlation is not described as causation, and no announcement is treated as a reliable price predictor.
Links and quotations
Links should lead to the source that supports the nearby claim. Short wording examples may be quoted when the exact phrase changes interpretation. We avoid long copied passages and explain the source in our own words.
Corrections
Factual errors are corrected on the affected page. A material correction should include a short note describing what changed. Review dates are not advanced for cosmetic edits alone.
Affiliate relationship
The site currently contains no conversion link because no verified site-specific referral code is registered. If one is added later, it will appear only in a dedicated account guide, be marked as sponsored and nofollow, and be disclosed before the link. Editorial conclusions are not conditioned on conversion.
